Natural inuline concentrate
Topinambur powder – Natural inuline concentrate – is a complex of biologically active substances of the wonderful topinambur plant. One of the most important components that make up to 20% of the roots is natural inulin.
Recommended use
Add 2-3 teaspoons (7.5 g) to the beverage (200 ml), for example water, milk or yogurt or other beverage. Also can be used in baking and confectionery.
